As a
former Casuals captain, Andy has been given many opportunities
that would not be open to mere mortals. Indeed the Casuals
captaincy meant, at the time, that he was welcomed into
any club and restaurant in the city centre. So much so
that after guiding the casuals to 11 straight wins at
the start of the 2004 season he was given the key to the
city and had a portrait commissioned that sits in City
Hall next to the one of Prince Charles. However since
leaving he has trouble getting into his local kebab house
in Grangetown....ah how fickle the sports fans of Cardiff
are! |
