Last year's contest for career number
of pies consumed was a dead heat between favourites M Stephens
and J Furnham, even though both only played a restricted number
of games. O'Reilly's 'race came to a premature end due to
a sympathy crash diet as he became a father once again, however,
new recruit Pikey gave them all a run for their money as he
took the '500 pies in a season award'
