Srini's leaving drink(s) 23 August 2004

A sad day for the Casuals, as we lost our record scoring batsman. Srini allegedly had never scored a 50 before joining the Casuals 15 months ago, however he made up for it by scoring 2 100s (highest score in the Willow league 114) and 9 more 50s - I'm sure that says something about the standard of our cricket!! Though it does say lots about the calibre of player that the Cazh attract.

Srini was not only known for his batting, but also for his electric overs of 'spin', extreme running (between the wickets) usually on the 5th ball of every over, but at least he managed to adopt the Casuals method of fielding.....if it's not directly at you - it's not yours.....
